From 2025, the Cuban authorities plan to introduce an e-visa system to replace the current tourist card.

Cuba is modernizing its entry regulations: The Caribbean island plans to introduce an electronic visa system by 2025. It is intended to replace the traditional tourist cards and thus be more environmentally friendly and efficient. (Source FVW Online, May 10th, 2024)
