How many english guided seat-in based roundtrips to you offer?

We offer a 12-day tour in Ecuador (Cultures At The Equator) and a 5-day tour on the Galapagos Islands (Natural Paradise Galagagos), which can be combined with each other.

What characterizes these roundtrips and how many guests are on a tour on average?

Our tours take you through the country away from the well-known tourist routes and are therefore characterized by a high degree of individuality. They give our guests the opportunity to immerse themselves deeply in the culture and everyday life in Ecuador. For example, we visit the lesser-known rainforest region near Macas, where travelers get an insight into a Shuar community. A visit to an indigenous Kichwa community in the highlands is also on the program. But of course we also visit the highlights of the Andes, such as Cotopaxi and the Otavalo market.

In Galapagos, we head to 'Isla Española', which many customers consider to be the most beautiful island. Another special feature of our tours is the option of two different hotel or room categories. The tours are guaranteed to take place with a minimum of 2 participants and include a maximum of 16 people. Therefore, we can usually promise small groups with an average group size of 5 to 10 people.

What are other packages that you offer?

In addition to our seat-in tours, tailor-made travel packages are one of our strengths, which are adapted to the wishes and budget of our customers so that they optimally meet their ideas and expectations. We can offer privately guided tours, rental car tours and adventure tours with private drivers and shuttle transfers. Private groups are also guided safely through the country by our experienced guides. In addition, we attach great importance to sustainability and environmental protection. We therefore only work with local providers who are committed to these values.

The 'Hakuna Matata Amazon Lodge' is part of your portfolio, who do you recommend the stay for?

Our lodge is ideal for guests who want to experience the rainforest in a relaxed manner and with a certain level of comfort. We offer high sleeping comfort, exquisite food and an intimate holiday atmosphere without having to forego popular rainforest excursions and wildlife observation. We are also a popular destination for families, as we offer a suitable ambience with our large swimming pool and our own sandy beach on the river as well as child-friendly activities (horse riding and chocolate experience). Our convenient location on the route between Quito, Tena/Puyo and Baños is also very popular with group travelers. In addition to existing room categories, such as our authentic wooden cabañas, this year we are also offering our new suites with private jacuzzis for honeymoon travelers.

What are the strengths of your agency?

We adapt in every respect to the needs and philosophy of our agency customers and represent them on site exactly as they would do themselves. Our guides are important to us, as they are the heart of every trip. That is why we continuously invest in their training. In recent years, we have completed several courses for our guides in cooperation with the 'Studienkreis für Tourismus und Entwicklung' from Germany. Authentic encounters and building bridges between cultures are what characterizes our trips and makes them special.
